Kolejowa 5/7, 01-217 Warsaw, Poland) to fulfil our legal obligation to issue VAT-compliant invoices under Polish tax law, and to submit those invoices to the Polish National e-Invoice System (KSeF) as required by the Polish Ministry of Finance. Fakturownia is the invoicing platform through which we meet these statutory requirements — we do not use it for any commercial or marketing purpose.
